Is it possible to complete merge all rom information in an subfolder?

Hello,

at the moment i have an subfolder like uranus and the the rom inside uranus.gba. When i'm scrape it scrape into system folder and only the rom will be redirected to the subfolder. Is it pssible to store informations to an subfolder that can es parse and add or virtual add to the database? Like

uranus/uranus.gba
uranus/gamelist.xml
uranus/images/...
uranus/videos/...

and es parse the gamelist xml and add informations to system gamelist.xml and don't copy medias?

What are the tag ??
