[Feature] Config file for each system.

Would it be possible to have a config file for each system in the rom directory? For example for SNES, in the ROM directory "roms/snes", a file called "roms/snes/system.cfg", and get and set commands that stores the config variables?

Reason being is we have allot on config variable that are system specific, and we would like to keep the main config file with as little data as possible.
