Trying to setup pymc translate on windiows 11 and im getting this error message

steps to reproduce
open command prompt and type PS C:\Users\UserName> C:/Users/Username/AppData/Local/Programs/Python/Python313/python.exe -m pip install PyMCTranslate

now i do i have both the 2022 versions and the 2019 versions and still the same error

I think you need visual studio 2022 with MSVC v143.
You may have more luck with Python 3.12 which we have prebuilt versions for.
