What happened?

If you open a YouTube video into a background tab, allow it to load, then go to it; it will say that the dislikes are 'temporarily unavailable'.

How to reproduce/recreate?

find any video
open it into background tab
wait for the video to load in, allow maybe 10 second
click on the tab with the video
the dislikes are temporarily unavailable
this issue is resolved when refreshing the page whilst it is your active, open tab
