Error compiling Inflate.cpp example in Win11

First, I want to thank you for the library!
When I'm trying to run an example (Inflate.cpp), the compilation process is giving me the next error

D:\Clipper2_1.4.0\example2\Utils/clipper.svg.utils.h:33:39: error: no matching function for call to 'stat::stat(const char*, stat*)'
   33 |     return (stat(name.c_str(), &buffer) == 0);

According to what I understand from ChatGPT, stat function is not a Windows function and I should use _stat or _stat64 instead, but I don't think I have to make this change manually, right?

I'm using VSCode with MinGW as the toolchain, gcc & g++ 13.1.0 version
I'm not an expert in C++ libraries and compilation as you can see, so any help would be really appreciated!
