When looking at the recommendations tab, I'd find it more useful to have the number of episodes/chapters shown along with the format and year of release. I find it a more relevant piece of information than the format, at least for anime, and would avoid the need to open every page individually just to check how many episodes there are. I also understand that it might be too cluttered to display all that information in a three-column grid, so having the option to customise what type of info is shown, could be an alternative instead.
Also, the dedicated "Recommendations" tab seems to only be a thing if the number of recommended anime/manga reaches a certain threshold. It would be more consistent to have them for everything, regardless of how many recommendations there are, or at least the ability to choose between a dedicated tab and having them only show up in the overview.
