little QoL change

This is the button i am talking about

When i am in the section that rappresents the first button (1st image) and i scroll down a lot i need to make the gear of the setting show up again so the request is about making the app respond to the click of the button making the "gear zone" (or the part of the profile picture come down. I already known i can scroll down that part starting the swap from the very top, the suggestion is about making the button trigger in that way to since it is more comfortable (at least for me)
