GUI Version: 9.6.97-7e66e3cc

After setting the vlan dot and saving, when I restart the router the setting comes back without vlan and I have to reset it.

what is the difference between Device and Dot ?

How this is managed by in the config/kernel.

Dot use the "OpenWRT way" to create the VLAN.

Device the custom way recreated by tch/Broadcom/whatever
