Create Filtering in the news page

Currently there is no filtering system in the news page. This makes it difficult for users to quickly and easily find the information they are interested in.

Develop and integrate a filtering feature in ÉTSMobile that allows users to filter announcements, events, and other content based on various criteria such as date, category, relevance, and more. This will enhance the user experience by making it easier to find relevant information.
