Description of feature

WITCH-NG implements the WITCH multiple sequence aligner in rust. It would be good to implement this method within or in place of the WITCH software, depending on whether WITCH-NG has the full range of functionality as WITCH, as this could lead to significant speed-up of the alignment stages.
