singularity container support

Description of feature

My university computing cluster does not support Docker containers and instead uses singularity. Would it be possible to add a singularity container engine for this pipeline?

I'm sorry to hear your university does not support docker containers - it seems like this is not too uncommon, since you're not the first to have brought this up. Given how common this issue is, we'll definitely be looking into making the workflow be compatible with singluarity in the future! In the interim, please let us know if there are any other changes or new functionalities you'd like to see implemented!
