Needs an update to the new Idle Class version with the Election system.

I've been waaayy too busy over the past years but I'd happily accept a pull request if someone else wants to take it on.

I would love to revisit this tool someday and update it for the current game but I dunno when I'll have time. Thanks for the feedback!
