Change colors with Night Mode toggle

Hello,
Love the add-on, thank you for making/maintaining it. I was wondering if there's a way to edit the config to have text colors change depending on whether night mode is on or off. I find myself switching between the two modes frequently and it's hard to find colors that work well for both dark/bright backgrounds.
