Advisory for discovered bug in the MBM pallet

FYI there was some bug found in the migrations pallet and addressed here: paritytech/polkadot-sdk#5695
I saw that you use the code here, which prompted me to open the issue.

PS: Just noticed that it is testing code 😅 anyway, hope it helps to avoid future issues.

Thanks @ggwpez. We'll upgrade to stable2407 before using the mbm on Shiden & Astar 😅, I've seen the fix has been backported there.

Yes it should be included in the next patch of that stable2407-3.
