[QOL] Client update notification is badly communicated #1052

Needs the following issues adressed :

It's barely visible to the average user
Version logic lacks any comprehensive information if the client you are running is older/newer
The way its currently implemented is ugly as shit
If the launcher is present, the client should be able to offer a "open launcher" button
