Describe the issue

The SCC Pilot helmet found in the pilot room doesn't have an on-mob sprite, showing up as invisible when placed on a Unathi's head, but still otherwise functions.

How to reproduce

Spawn as lizard man
Go to deck 1 pilot room
Take SCC Pilot Helmet
Put it on
Have telepathic connection to the piloting console because the helmet isn't there
