Templates: Example layouts

As a user, at any time, I'd like to view and download examples of layouts that can be created using the UI-Kit

This work is blocked at the moment: we don’t know what templates we want to offer.

@gazhands I’m gonna leave this in your hands for now, given we are going live with this section/collection enabled (viz., the page at /templates/ will be live, but won’t hold any content).

We need to mention this, and figure out what templates to create/add in the future.
