Since XNAT was moved behind Cloudflare WAF on 17/05, users have experienced problem using compressed uploader and XNAT Desktop client to upload data.

Cloudflare reverse proxy is disabled for now. Local testing using desktop client failed with same error.

Loadbalancer is changed to allow longer idle timeout. Testing succeeded. Notify users to try again

User testing is successful. Notify Dave to enable WAF again for further testing
