Enhancement: email notification on new user AAF login

Currently, there is no method to enable an email notification on new user login with AAF. Email notifications for new users are only possible when creating a local account via the built-in registration option.

This would be a useful feature, as currently the only workaround is for an administrator to manually check for new users, or analyse logs.
