We introduced the DateFormatNotice in #9635 to inform merchants about a date & time format change in the WP Admin pages of the plugin.

This notice will be no longer needed once merchants are used to the change and should be removed to avoid clutter.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Remove DateFormatNotice and all its usages.
