Details

It is similar to #95293 but with a different subtitle and shown in a different scenario.
We want to show the last step when the user cannot complete migration, and we detect they can import the content instead.

Tech details

The screen was already implemented on the PR #95294 .
We need to connect this screen after the step that is implemented in the #95246
