feature request: Minimal output and Continuous draw option

Tarot are mostly used in a tarot spread. In this case, arcanas can have different meanings depend on the position, which sometimes differ with the single arcana meaning. Meanwhile, sometimes the same arcana can be drawn twice by this plugin in one spread.

Is it possible to add two parameter to this plugin:

• Minimal output: enable a minimal output that only which arcana are drawn without figure and explaination.
• Continuous draw: draw multiple arcana at the same time without duplication.
