When certain app settings like

WEBSITE_CONTENTSHARE
WEBSITE_CONTENTAZUREFILECONNECTIONSTRING

are missing it can cause functions main site fail to load content correctly. Emit some warning logs in the deployment logs sent to the client as part of ZipDeploy to make debugging easier.
