I tried to deploy the accelator, but unfortunatelly failed

I tried to deploy the app many times, but for some reason I am not able to see the deployment, I used Deployment Model Code, when I checked the FTP I could see the publish file, but never extracted, even prepackage and deployment succeed, pleease some one could help me?

Pleaase I need advise on how to deploy it, it looks that I am missing something?

I resolved the issue, it looks lowering service plan to B1, was the reason, and makes deployment take long time, then failed, or incomplete on Azure service apps. scaling up, then deploying it again resolve the issue.
