Add disclaimer on Melbourne data until we have a workaround.

Add a disclaimer on the ReadMe file stating that Microsoft don't own Melbourne Data and soon we will be using synthetic and non-real datasets for the sample.

This is no longer necessary, as PR #986 will address the main issue. Closing issue.
