Description

As per: actions/upload-release-asset#78

This action is no longer maintained - we should substitute it for another action which is actually still maintained...

Completely open mind on what the answer is here - provided it can add assets to an existing release, and potentially overwrite those assets is changes are specified.

Can use softprops/action-gh-release@v2 for this.
