Missing AAZ repo entry for healthcareapis

Describe the bug

Hello,

I am looking into adding deidservice extension under
https://github.com/Azure/azure-cli-extensions/tree/main/src/healthcareapis

But have noticed that no exported commands was pushed to the AZZ repo:
https://github.com/Azure/aaz/tree/main/Commands

This is preventing me from properly exploring the commands via aazdev tools
