Hi, can you please add a devcontainer config to this repository?

Similar to https://github.com/Azure-Samples/azure-search-openai-demo/

or https://github.com/microsoft/azure-openai-in-a-day-workshop

Let me think about it. This repo includes multiple use cases and samples, difficult to have one container covering all.
