Diagnostics Settings to send Log Analytics' workspace doesn't seem to work

Hi,

Using the following:

Diagnostics Setting Name:

Name: xxxxxx-prodx-uks-asa-labels-diagsettings
Storage Account: -
Event Hub: - 
Log Analytics workspace: xxxxxx-prodx-uks-logasa
Partner solution: -

And setting:

Log Catagory Groups = allLogs

Metrics = AllMetrics

Destination Details

Send To Log Analytics workspace is ticked

Subscription is Valid
Log Analytics workspace = xxxxxx-prodx-uks-logasa

Archive to storage account = unticked
Stream to an event hub = unticked
Stream to partner solution = unticked

We don't seem to get any logs using:

AzureDiagnostics 
| where ResourceProvider == "MICROSOFT.STREAMANALYTICS"

We've tried multiple Log Analytics instances, Multiple ASA Jobs and settings and left it for over 24 hours, and we don't see any entries.

Any ideas what might be wrong ?

Quick Update - I think I've fixed this but still testing - it's to do with the length of the name I used for the diagnostics settings, I replace these settings with the name diagnostics and I'm seeing a couple of entries, I'll keep looking at them and come and close this issue if resolved.
