Description

Currently the vm_aadJoinExtension depends on the vm_domainJoinExtension but as far as I know you this needs to be in reverse order. You can not join a machine to an Active Directory after it is joined in Entra ID.

So the vm_aadJoinExtension needs

  dependsOn: [
    vm_domainJoinExtension 
  ]

and the dependsOn in the vm_domainJoinExtension probably can be removed. The bicep then will try first joining to Active Directory and then, when configured, to Entra ID.
