When using npx @bcgov/nrdk backlog:checkout <issue>, the user may be presented with the following:

Fetching Jira Issue FFS-322... done
    Error: Unable to parse component description for database

We need a more descriptive error which provides a better explanation and how to rectify

Workaround:
Manually add the git URL to the description of the component. A variety of formats are supported. It can be the git clone URL.
