Completeness specific to source density

The completeness is a function of source density.
The current implementation only allows for a single noise model, hence source density. This should be generalized. Either by using the stats file to get the reorder_tag (I think) to say which noise model to use, or get add this info to the lnp file when reordering the BEAST results.
