Users are unreliable when it comes to sending bug reports.

Please automatically add on this information into bug reports:

The user that sent the bug report (Their username, and Ayamel ID number)
The URL they sent the bug report from

JKJensen added Priority 1 and removed Priority 2 labels

I'm increasingly getting feedback from users that I can't do anything with, or contact, or test.

This feature will be useful for both Ayamel BYU and Ayamel World, so I'm increasing this feature to Priority 1.
