Tomcat server application fails to start when default JRE is set to 1.6

java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: de/unibayreuth/bayceer/bayeos/xmlrpc/XMLServlet : Unsupported major.minor version 51.0 (unable to load class de.unibayreuth.bayceer.bayeos.xmlrpc.XMLServlet)

Check status of JRE 1.7 during installation.
