Sender send file priority backup / path

Situation:
path := folder on tmpfs
backup_path := physical folder with a lot of delayed files

Result:
A high number of backup_path files cause a sending delay of current files in path
Potential data loss situation on power off until all backup_files have been sent

Solution:
Adapt sender loop to send path files regulary
