When wallet restores from the lock screen, the wallet doesn't work

1. Open the wallet;
2. Tap three dots in the upper right corner and then click the "lock wallet" button;
3. Press the "Restore wallet or create a new one" button and tap "I agree" on the "Restore wallet or create a new one" pop up.
4. Click "Restore wallet" and tap "I agree" on the "Restore wallet" pop up;
5. Fill in the seed phrase and tap the "Submit" button;
6. Enter and confirm password and press the "next" button;
   Expected result: the wallet works;
   Actual result: the wallet doesn't work, the address doesn't generate
