I don't know much about Nim but it looks like it has two different extensions:

  • .nim - intended for compilation and bigger projects
  • .nims - (nim script) intended to be used as scripts

Nim scripts can be used without compilation but are more limited. Regolith could run the .nims files without compilaiton.
