Better bungee support

I under stand that the GUI can run any server but the problem is that the GUI's features cannot be used with bungee. For example the stop button doesn't work and the players are not listed. [I also cannot enter any bungee commands through the GUI but idk if its bungee or the gui, but the bungee commands can be run through mc.]

What does the bungee output look like? I need the connect/disconnect syntax, e.g. "Bertware [127.0.0.1] joined the server at world [x,y,z]
