public download not work when you change language=it

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. http://www.projectsend.org/download
2. The downloaded version is r561, inside the zip file, there are translation 
files.
3. The operating system used is ubuntu linux with firefox browser ver 33.0

Problem:
after installation took place regularly, everything works fine, but simply set 
the Italian language LANG = en, the key public download does not work, the link 
is in the database, but not displayed. If I change LANG = en, the button works 
again. Given that I did not code changes, I think it's the translation file to 
create the problem, but I can not update it. E 'can get help? thanks
