Ban exceptions not working with FTB/bukkitforge #5

Running bukkitforge 257 and tekkitcustomizer 1.6 for 1.47. FTB Ultimate 1.1.2

Ive tried bpermissions and group manager using this permission node.

tekkitcustomizer.43.5.craft
Ive tried
tekkitcustomizer.43.5.craft
Ive even tried it with quantum armor
tekkitcustomizer.30172.*.craft
tekkitcustomizer will ban the crafting of the item, it just isnt allowing the exception to players per group.

Any help?
