Raid Cooldown Tracking Not working

Describe the problem

I have oRA3 installed for TBC/Wrath prepatch and the addon works other than the raid cooldown part. I have tried the /racd, but I get a generic error message from blizzard about slash commands. I'm not sure if this

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install oRA3 for TBC/Wrath prepatch
2. Make sure it is checkmarked in addons window in wow
3. Join a raid group - click on raid tab and also do /racd (to see error message)

What version of the addon are you using? (Stating 'latest' is not useful)

oRA3 - v5 - classic-bcc.zip

Do you have an error log of what happened?

No error log - I can install bug grabber and the other part to it to see if it would provide lua error details

Any additional information? (example: WoW language if not English)
