Develop an official BioPAX ontology extension - a BioPAX Validation ontology to be build/layered on top of BioPAX Level3 and GO, MI, CL, etc., relevant OWL bio ontologies (according to the BioPAX docs); i.e., to formally define BioPAX recommended constraints, disjoints, limit class definitions, etc., if possible...
