Can't program hardware #14

I get the following error when trying to upload anything to the Bitponics Hardware.

avrdude: stk500v2_ReceiveMessage(): timeout
avrdude: stk500v2_getsync(): timeout communicating with programmer

I've tried two different computer and two different OS. OS X 10.10 and Windows 8.1. Thanks for your help!
