When form is submitted after clicking on submit button a thank you message should be shown if setup as shown bellow?

Is this correct? In my case nothing happens. Then users click again submit and timeout-or-duplicate error message comes up. Entries are submitted to the back-end...

I also get Unable to send confirmation mail.

In the system I have setup a SMTP server and it sends a test mail successfully.

What am I doing wrong?
