Renaming files after upload

Hi,
I'm testing out pageKit and this great extension, with a submission form that requires some files to be uploaded by users - is there any way of controlling the renaming of uploaded files with a string built off the provided form fields values? I'm also seeing it uses an hash value as a prefix, though in my situation it would make more sense as a suffix.
