Blackarch install issues

After running blackarch-install, I'm getting this output.

[+] Creating ROOT partition

/sbin/blackarch-install: line 1143: 1896 Bus error
(core dumped)

Mkfs.$ROOT_FS_TYPE -F "$ROOT_PART" > $VERBOSE 2>&1

[-] ERROR: Could not create filesystem

I can't find anything about this been searching without any luck. I've tried everything.
If anyone can help it would be appreciated

We communicated with you on the BlackArch Matrix room and have not heard back. Did you have success with the second option of installing Arch Linux and adding the BlackArch Linux repo to it?

sudo chmod +x strap.sh
sudo ./strap.sh

Otherwise, we can pursue the initial issue for a solution if you wish.
