[REQUEST] Someone playing an instrument should quiet/mute background music

Describe the solution you'd like

Bards get drowned out by the repeating background melody, i think it should be muted when an instrument is audible, including the dwarven jukebox.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Mute background music when instruments audible. Maybe make the instruments louder too, they are pretty quiet, especially the harp which is laughably quiet.

Additional context

This shouldn't mute combat music, since it's a client audio.
