[BUG] Taking coal out of a small smelter with tongs makes it not exist

Describe the bug

When I smelt a small log in a small smelter (i.e. the regular, 1-capacity smelter), I expect to get coal. If I douse the fire and pull it out, I get coal. If I do not douse the fire and pull it out with tongs, I get nothing, but the slot in the smelter gets freed up.

I was playing a dorf male blacksmith, but I believe it happened about aday ago, when Iwas playing Merchant too.

It’s invisible there’s no coal in tongs sprite, if you drop the longs or activate them to drop you’ll get the coal. Same thing happens if you take ore out of an active furnace using tongs.
