Introduction

Revolution is one of the few game modes that can completely cause a round to last 30 minutes. It is not uncommon for Revolution Leaders to quickly snowball their influence, then to promptly rush the castle with 20 people. This request hopes to give the Revolution much more nuance and play while reigning in their power. The ideas don't all have to be taken. Mostly a shower thought list to try and curb a relatively annoying game mode.

Rebellion Changes

  • The conversion spell to convert someone into a rebel now only affects one person at a time. This is either a good idea (prevents snowballing) or harder (makes it harder for rebels to align a force). You now need to CONVINCE people to join you, I know, shocking.
  • People declining the conversion spell will be known as a Loyalist. Which will reveal them as a loyalist to rebels and fellow loyalists on examination.
  • Rebellion now is easier to reveal if enough people get converted, similar to a blood cult on SS13. If X% people are converted, a message will be displayed to everyone that "The whispers of a rebellion are brewing." If X% people are converted more, it would state a message that "The rebellion is too large to hide!" Revealing rebels and rebel leaders on examination.
  • Rebel Leaders can declare someone an "Enemy of the Revolution." Essentially the same as marking them an outlaw, but for rebels to view. This is hidden to non-rebels.
  • When Rebel Leaders are slain, a message will appear stating that the rebel heads have been killed or something of the like.
