Error-Multiple Modals

I have two modals.The first modal presents the list of objects from which the use can select on object.Once one object is selected the second modal is displayed with detailed information of the selected object.However when the second modal is either cancelled or the the changes accepted I am getting the following error

Can you provide a repro of the issue? I can't see anything obviosuly wrong from the code above.
